MR PVC SISTEM

MR PVC SISTEM started operating in 2003 as a small family workshop producing PVC doors and windows with only two employees.

In addition to the central office and production facility located in Batajnica (industrial zone of Belgrade), in 2019, we opened a big openspace showroom in Zemun. In showroom as well as in the central office, you can get answers to all your questions about our products, as well as a specific offer for the construction and installation of the elements you need.

We begin the modernization of the production process in 2014, when we train a completely new production facility equipped with modern CNC machines with a high degree of production automation, and in 2017 we robotize with the profile processing machines with the possibility of serial production of pvc windows.

Our product range consists of windows, entrance doors, aluminum facades, glass walls, shutters, mosquito nets, venetian blinds, etc. All products are made of high quality and proven materials with certificates and warranty provided and whose service and replacement are no problem.

    2003.

    The company was founded as a small family workshop exclusively engaged in the production of PVC windows and doors with two employees and the basic setup of machines.

    2007.

    It started with direct import of Inoutic PVC profiles from Germany and we entered the market as their distributor. The production facility was expanding to 250 m2. The number of employees increases to 4.

    2008.

    The sales range was expanded with PVC flat and decorative panels. There was a division of the company into the sector of production of PVC elements and the sector of sale of PVC materials. This required more staff to be hired, and it grows to 6.

    2009.

    For the purpose of selling PVC joinery we have built our own warehouse with offices with a total area of 600 m2. Also, that year the production line with all the basic machines was completed and the number of employees increased to 10.

  • PVC stolarija

    2011.

    Aluminum joinery was introduced into the production program. Cooperation with foreign countries was established which resulted in the export of our windows to the Austrian market. It started working our first showroom in Belgrade.

    2013.

    A new production hall of 800 m2 was being built and production was being expanded with a line for the production of thermal insulating glass for our products. The number of employees increased to 15.

    2014.

    At the beginning of the year, the process of manufacturing windows and doors with CNC machines was fully automated. We was started export to German markets.

    2015.

    We introduced Plissa aluminum mosquito nets in our range, which we produce for our own needs and for the needs of other manufacturers. The number of employees is increasing to 22.

    2016.

    At the beginning of the year, we also export our products in Switzerland. Also, this year the thermopan glass line is being replaced by modern CNC machines, thus increasing capacity and expanding our customer network. The number of employees is 24, with a tendency to hire additional workforce.

    2017.

    We equip our production drive with an automatic machine (the so-called cutting center) which is practically a robot that cuts and processes PVC profiles with the help of software, and at the end of the strip ejects a perfectly machined profile ready for the final process. This machine has enabled us to batch production with a capacity of 150 frames per day, this helps us speed up deadlines.

    2018.

    The production facility and warehouse space was expand for new 800 m2.

    2019.

    Belgrade showroom was moved to the address of Marko Nikolic No.9, Kay Department Store, Zemun. This is one of biggest showroom in our branche, contains a large number of products in our range that can be viewed in real size. The number of employees is increasing to 30.

  • 2020.

    We supplement our range with various glass products: shower cabins and screens, office glass partitions…

  • 2021.

    2021. was reserved for opening sector of alubonds and glass facades production. We have expanded our manufacturing operation with alu bond machines.
